Mauricio López Fernández

While in film school, Mauricio López Fernández directed the short film La Visita (The Guest), screened and awarded in the New York International Independent Film and Video Festival with the Best GLBT Short Film. His second short, La Santa (The Blessed) premiered in Berlinale Shorts 2012, where it also was a finalist for the Teddy Award. Based in the story line of his first short film, Mauricio shot his first feature, La Visita (The Guest), a Chilean-Argentinean co production premiered in FICG 2014 and winner of the Colibri D'Or to Best Film & Best Actress at the Rencontres du Cinéma Sud-Américain de Marseille et Région 2015. Now he's working on his second feature film "The Pack".
