Orlando von Einsiedel

Orlando von Einsiedel is a British director and producer recognized for documentaries that shed light on pressing social issues across the globe. Trained in anthropology, he began his career making snowboard films before turning to nonfiction storytelling, where his work has reached leading international festivals and platforms. Beyond directing, he co-founded Grain Media, a London-based production company known for impactful, award-winning projects. He won an Academy Award, a BAFTA, multiple Emmys, a Peabody, a duPont-Columbia Award, and a BIFA.
