Elba Soto-Quinones

Elba Soto-Quiñones was born in West Covina, CA and raised in near-by Valinda. She began to show an early interest in performance, starting with dance and school plays. She went on to get a B.A. of Theatre Arts from Loyola Marymount University, and since then has appeared in film, television, commercial, and theatrical productions. Films that Elba has performed in, written, produced or designed have been winners or finalists in such film festivals as the L.A. Neo Noir Erotic Film Festival, The Love Unlimited Film Festival, and the Video Symphony Film Competition. She has performed in productions both in the United States and in Madrid, Spain, and represented her hometown in the Miss California Latina Pageant. She has appeared on both English and Spanish-language networks, including media powerhouse Telemundo.
