Victor Cubillos started playing with video cameras when he was 12. He made innumerable shorts and short documentaries. Prior to his first long feature film, he studied Journalism in Chile and Film Theory in Berlin. Since 2010 he has written, produced and directed the mockumentary "April 31st" and the satire "Morales, el reformador", both made in Chile. He now lives in Berlin and is working on his new film about pickpockets in the German capital.
