Paul Grimshaw

Paul Grimshaw's script (Paper Cutter) recounted the true story of the kidnap from Spains Costa Del Sol of 5 year old Melodie Nakachian from outside her school in November 1987, the only script overseen by her father Raymond Nakachian and a story which garnered not only worldwide attention but the interest of Robert De Niro who visited Nakachian and was widely reported in the press to have agreed to play the role of Melodies father. Since Nakachians death in June 2014 at the age of 82 no further news of the development of the film has been released aside from an article in Spain's Sur in English newspaper confirming the existence of the script.
