His first job as Director was with the short film "Jesus TV" (2009), winner of the best short film in the Short Film Festival of Cusco (Festival de Cortometrajes del Cusco), and final piece of the anthology "Cortos Interruptus", one of the major blockbuster feature films of the Venezuelan Cinema in 2011. "Bangladesh" (2010), his second short film, won three awards in the "Festival de Espiritualidad en el Cine Venezolano 2011", including Best Short Film, and received the "Audience Award" as Best Short Film in the Chicago Latino Film Festival, among 45 other short films from all over Latin America. In 2013, he released "Horas Extras", featuring Juan Pablo Raba. In this piece he depicts Venezuela in the 16th Rencontres du Cinéma Sud-Américain de Marseille, France. Additionally, in 2014, "Bangladesh" was selected as one of the 10 short films that would be nationally shown in 56 digital movie theaters, as part of the project "Venezuela en Corto."Also, he has stood out as a director of music videos, like with the Venezuelan singer Nana Cadavieco's song "No hay", which was included in the rotation of MTV Latino. In the Theatre business, he has stood out by adapting and directing the plays "Los Pelirrojos" (The redheads), written by the French playwright Jean-Claude Grumberg, and "Manas Arriba" which he wrote. Besides, he was the Executive Producer of "Tenemos Que Hablar", a musical and theater show. In the advertising industry, he has directed advertising pieces for brands such as Subway, BBVA Provincial, Banplus, Ford, Kickers, among others. He is currently living in México City, where he is about to shoot "Ballet Parking" his first feature film, and whose script won an award in the category of "Script Development" from the Centro Nacional Autónomo de Cinematografía (National Autonomous Cinematography Center, CNAC) in Venezuela. With this, he will be taking the first step toward his debut in the world of the feature films.
