Parke Metzer

Parke Metzer was born and raised in Edmond, Oklahoma. He wrote, edited and directed short films ever since he was 13 years old. He graduated from Edmond North High School and attended the University Oklahoma, where he studied Broadcasting & Electronic Media, Creative Media Production, and Journalism there. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and a minor in Film and Media Studies. As of 2020, he resided in Chicago, Illinois. He died on January 8, 2021 in his native Oklahoma from undisclosed causes.
