Originally from Farmington, Connecticut, Alli resides in New York City. She studied Drama at The Greater Hartford Academy of the Arts (Hartford, CT) before getting her BA in Theater and Performance Studies from the University of Chicago. While studying at the University of Chicago, Alli appeared in a number of stage plays. After graduating in 2010, Alli began to work in film and theater professionally. She was a member of Theatre Mir's artistic ensemble from 2010-2012.
