Fran Dobbie is a teacher and author of the novels 'Whisper & Paperbags and Dreams'. Her heritage is Aboriginal and English. Fran Dobbie is the Director of Earthstar Productions, a diverse company that presents awareness and inner strength through the medium of film, television and interactive leadership and cultural awareness workshops. Fran has produced, written and directed a variety of genres of films including award winning 'MIRO' short film, 13 part TV series 'On The Edge', documentary 'Over The Edge', 'Men Don't Cry', 'Little Town Big Voices', comedies, live action & animation and educational pieces of work. Fran Dobbie (a Yuin Woman) from the south coast of NSW was the Aboriginal Consultant and Producer of the feature film Mother Mountain.
