Ben Caro is a writer and director from Washington, D.C. who's passionate about tapping into what's sparking the current cultural imagination and shaping that into dramatic, personal stories. "Cathedrals," which competed for the Zeno Mountain Award at the Miami Film Festival, was his writer-director debut, and an especially meaningful bucket list project. He was driven by his passion for Raymond Carver's work and for disability inclusion, showcasing the work of a blind actor in the film. His script "March" was a 2020 Austin Film Festival finalist in four categories: Drama Pilot, AMC one-hour Pilot, the Humanitas Award, and Josephson Entertainment Fellowship.
