Skyla Marista

Skyla Marista was born in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. She is the daughter of Jeneth Gordon, a legal specialist, and David Chan, a paralegal. Skyla was the second of their two children together. Her ancestry includes Jamaican, Guyanese, and Chinese. Skyla became involved in acting during high school when she landed a principal role in the school's production of 'Da Kink in My Hair; she went on to attend the University of Windsor, where she graduated with honors with a degree in Dramatic Art. Post-graduation, Skyla moved back to Toronto to begin her career as a professional actress. Skyla now resides in Los Angeles.
