Heather Waters

Heather Waters grew up in Nashville, TN and later moved to Atlanta, GA and Los Angeles, CA where she worked as an actress, model, and singer. In 2004, Waters transitioned behind the camera to work as a producer, writer, and director. Waters is also well known for being a strong promoter of other creatives. She is the Founder & Producer of the Richmond International Film Festival (RIFF); Co-Owner of Creative World Awards (CWA); Founder of The Media Industry Xchange (THE MIX); and FLOW RVA. She splits her time between Richmond, VA, Los Angeles, and Atlanta,GA.
