Fakhreddine Essraoulia

Dino Essraoulia aka "Big Time" was born in Tunisia, North Africa. Dino's passion for motion pictures started at an early age when his mother would take him to theater and cine clubs where he was introduced to a wide spectrum of movies from all over the world. This inspired him to go study media development and film directing at Accademia di Belle Arti di Napoli, a prestigious film school in Italy. In Italy he worked with the renowned film director Manuel Giliberti on "Bastava una Notte", a movie about Sicilian immigration to Tunisia.(https://www.cinemaitaliano.info/sicilianiditunisi). In 2009, Dino directed and produced his first breakthrough documentary called "Le Refuge" which brought to light wives violence against men in the Arab world and the first home for men who were victims of domestic violence. This taboo subject garnered attention in the Middle East where he was interviewed by media such as Middle East Broadcasting Center and Al-Jazeera. Dino then started traveling around Europe and the Middle East and working for broadcasting stations such as Al-Jazeera, British Broadcasting Corporation, Korean Broadcasting System, and National Geographic. In 2011, he was the executive producer and assistant director for the movie "Cinema is Everywhere" with the award winning actress Tilda Swinton. Shorty after this he moved to Hollywood to start a new chapter in his career where he has produced and developed TV shows such as "Bolice 2" and "Bolice 4", an comedy-action TV series which takes place in Los Angeles and New York and was broadcasted in Europe and North Africa. His most current project is "First List", an action drama TV series based in the US. His projects have taken him around the globe to spearhead production in countries such as Tunisia, France, Morocco, Italy, and the United States. He enjoys being a hands-on producer, whether it is behind the camera or leading the project and strives to bring a fresh perspective to the world, bringing out the hidden beauty that is often overlooked. His continued goal is to be the bridge between the different sides of the entertainment world, in the United States, Middle East, and North Africa.
