It all started with the 29 Days Later Film Project, in which film makers are given a prop and have 29 days to complete a short movie. Having been an actor in a variety of short films, feature films, webisodes, etc. Marshall decided to participate in 29 days later as a film maker. He pulled together a crew for filming and editing that included Jon Firman (director) and he wrote a script titled "A 60 Minute Brother", using the 60 minute timer prop. It was a cute little movie, which served as a test for a feature film "The Magic of Art", which is in production (2013). Later Marshall went on to produce a feature film "Autumn Rage", where a group of actors went out to film and things went terribly wrong as Marshall's daughter disappeared. Vampires slowly killed off the actors as they searched for the child, only to find out that the child along with her younger brother were vampires and had used this as an opportunity to take out a group of people. In 2010 Marshall along with Jon Firman and Chad Pettit, wrote the script for Black Water Creek "The Legend of Sasquatch" and began filming. The film encountered a lot of challenges and was re-written at least 4 times. The original was set as purely winter scenes and it started out great, then there were scheduling issues, then it got warm, then there was the challenge of no snow in the winter. The script was finally re-written and filming resumed in 2012 and completed in early 2013. Editing was finalized in July 2013. The film is now ready for release. During the breaks in filming of Black Water Creek, Marshall wrote another script titled "VI" or Six, which was written to have 6 characters. However, once he started filming, multiple actors started contacting him wanting to be in the movie. He made some modifications to the movie to incorporate more people and the movie was eventually retitled to "Salvation for the Lost". The original was slated to be a silent black and white mafia movie. He changed his mind and made it a limited dialogue black and white mafia movie. This ended up being completed and released before Black Water Creek, even though it started much later. So what is he up to now? Well, Black Water Creek was slated as his last film. He did write a script for author Tia Lincoln based off of her novel "Until I Get Caught" the story of a serial rapist in Baltimore. This is slated to start filming in August 2013. He did complete a short film for the 2013 29 Days Later Film Project and will be the Director of Photography on another independent film being produced by Erik Kristopher Myers. In 2013 Marshall wrote a movie script for author Tia Lincoln's novel "Until I Get Caught", Mrs. Lincoln is looking to produce the film in 2015 and is seeking funding, you can find her book on Amazon. In 2014 Marshall started writing two different novels that are expected to be completed in mid 2015, they are "White Lady Sphinx" and "Autumn's Rage". White Lady Sphinx has already been written as a movie script. In July 2014 after playing a small role in an independent film "Second Chance", Marshall and Nelson Irizarry began discussing concepts for movies and came up with a paranormal script idea. Marshall began writing the script in late July 2014 and is expected to complete the script by the end of September, with filming tentative for early 2015. This is a concept like no other and has extreme levels of horror and will make you come out of your skin. Marshall and Nelson are currently seeking funding for this film. No details of the film have been released as of yet, except that it is paranormal in nature and planned to film at the Trans-Allegheny Lunatic Asylum located in Weston, WV, with some scenes filmed in Ohio and Maryland. Marshall recently delayed filming of Twelve, which is a martial arts film until 2016 or later due to the amount of funding necessary to create this film.
