Miguel I. González

He is a Panamanian filmmaker graduated from the International Film and Television School of San Antonio de los Baños, Cuba as a filmmaker in the specialty of Executive Production in 2010. He is the director and producer of the documentary A la Deriva, which won the recognition of filmmaker revelation at the Iff Panama 2016. With this documentary he has participated in festivals such as "Festival of New Latin American Cinema, Havana Cuba, DocFeed Netherlands, Icaro Festival, nominated for the 2016 fenix awards, among others. He has represented Panama in international events such as the International Festival of Huelva in Spain, New Looks of the New Latin American Film Festival, Cuba and Meets American Film Market. Currently, as a producer, in development of the project "La Tierra Divida" in pre-production of the feature film "Soñar con la Ciudad". In addition, he develops the documentary "The Teeth of Saturn", his second feature film as director.
