Carmyn Xoluv is the girl next door yogi who can cast a wicked spell if you mess with her. Carmyn is a Los Angeles native and a graduate of Los Angeles County High School for the Arts. She entered LACHSA as a Dance Major, having trained in Russian ballet with Marat Duakayev School of Ballet for 5 years prior. Through her dance training she ventured out into Musical Theater then TV/Film. Since graduating, Carmyn has continued to establish herself in the Los Angeles area as a professional actress and dancer. Carmyn's years of dance experience paved the way for her appearance in L.A. Opera's production of "Brundibar" at the Dorothy Chandler pavilion as well as a dance soloist in the production of "The Nutcracker" for the Japanese American Theater. Other theater credits include: Urinetown, The Producers, Oklahoma, and an off-Broadway show "Cractor". Known on the internet and social media as spiritually passionate Latina, Carmyn gained popularity in appearing over 20 Buzzfeed videos, "Signs You're Turning into Mom" opposite Stephanie Weir, "What Trump's Speech Feels Like as a Mexican American" (Over 900k views), "If Women Were Honest on Dates", and more. She also starred in Mitu's "Bachelorette: Street Food Edition" and Funny or Die's "Guess Whom" opposite Lucy DeVito. Carmyn's commercial work includes Vanity Fair's "I Never Expire" campaign, HP Data Pass, Secret, and Chevy Volt commercials. She also appeared in "Us Against Our Will" campaign, a public service announcement for MTV. Carmyn was also hired as a model for Nume Stle and Telemundo's "Beauties and the Boss" promo. Additionally, her heritage includes multiple backgrounds ranging from Hispanic: Mexican and Ecuadorian; European: French and Italian; and Asian: Chinese and Filipino. She is hoping to use each of her ethnicities to play a completely different character on screen. Carmyn's unique and effervescent personality makes her an asset to any project in which she plays a part.
