Kurt Bayly

Kurt Bayly is a professionally trained Method actor based in Sydney. He was cast in the Adelaide produced film, Coil (2009) which screened in the Cannes Film Festival. Following from the film's success he was cast in The Human Prism which screened at the St Kilda Film Festival as well as Danger 5 on SBS. Returning to acting in 2016, he applied a technical method to his craft that gained the attention of industry professionals. He secured his first national TV commercial for Youi Insurance. In 2017 he was cast in Sydney based independently produced short films Talitha and The Hemingway Shot which toured the European film circuit. Excitingly, in 2018 Kurt landed his first lead role in the 28 minute film Black Heart, Red Hands to be shot in May as well as a lead roles Qantas and Opera Australia TV commercials.
