Stephen Groo

Stephen Groo was born in Artesia, California. He went to Brigham Young University and graduated in 2000 with a BA in Fine Arts. He has been a film director for 21 years and has produced over 200 films. He finished his feature film Unexpected Race 2016 with Jack Black and Jon Heder. A documentary was done called, "The Insufferable Groo" and was showcased in Sheffield England 2018 and Unexpected Race was showcased in Syndey Australia at the Sydney Underground Fest 2018. Recently, Stephen Groo won Best Director at Scorpiusfest 2019. Now, Stephen is seeking distribution of his masterpiece Unexpected Race for a global release. Stephen has 4 boys and is married to Sherry Groo.
