Originally from Atlanta, Sam lived in Hong Kong for two years because middle school wasn't awkward enough. He has also lived in rural Pennsylvania and Nashville, Tennessee. He's worked in craft beer, computer programming and a dozen writers rooms for film and TV. He has spoken on panels for the Writers Guild West, Writers Guild Foundation, Digital Hollywood and Comic Con in San Diego. His hobbies include practicing nunchucks and reading Shakespeare.
