Juan Palacios

Juan Palacios is a filmmaker based in Copenhagen, Denmark. He works with experimental video, observational documentary, and visual-diary film essays. His short films, Corte Profundo and The Tibetan Spider won the CTL Short Film Competition in Pamplona, Spain in 2015 and 2014 consecutively. His first short video-essay, Chelonia memoriae, is part of the video library archive at the Reina Sofia Museum in Madrid, Spain. PEDALÓ is his first feature film and won the Irizar Basque Film Award at San Sebastian International Film Festival 2016.
