Jeremy McCulley was split from his family at the young age of 5 born Jeremy Allen Cooper was adopted at the age of 10 and was renamed Jacey Billups, born on May 10th in 1993 he did not have an easy childhood but continues to chase his dreams and ambitions. He has always been artistic and creative and very passionate about anything he does.
