Abby was spotted singing in a piano lesson and with no experience took the lead role as Lucy Pevensie in a local theatre production of The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe aged 9 years. Now aged 12, she has thrown herself into every opportunity to learn, whether drama, dance or singing lessons, courses on Film and TV work and appeared in 4 short films, two in lead roles (Never Alone & Möbius: The Shape Of Things To Come), as well as many chorus and extra roles. The Director of Never Alone, Olivia Maiden, wrote of Abby, "I first saw Abby at the auditions and was blown away by her outstanding acting ability, just how natural she is and the camera LOVES her! The problem I had was that she looked to old for Flo and too young for Bella, so I decided I couldn't lose her talent so wrote her in a role, Jessie. Which is one of the best decisions of Never alone. She is bright and bubbly while maintaining a great maturity to the role, she is calm on set and a lovely person to be around." Never Alone has since been nominated for 18 awards at International Film Festivals. Her stage appearances have included Annie, Made in Dagenham, Grease, Honk, The Wizard Of Oz, several Pantos and her most recent performance as Young Cosette in Les Miserables.
