Nathaniel Soria

Call me Nathaniel. Some years ago - never mind how long precisely - I was born in a poor Mexican-American home that raised me up loving Star Wars. Now I boldly make movies and life with my wife/best-friend, Laine. I've lived in many places, but the most significant move of my life was from Kansas City to New York City, where I pursued film wholeheartedly. I eventually got hired at Flocabulary and directed hundreds of education hip-hop videos a year for 3 years. Soon after I married Laine, we discovered a unique ability and passion to co-direct after we worked on a short together. So in our tiny one bedroom apartment in Brooklyn, NY, Moriah Pictures was born. We've since moved us and the company to the Pacific Northwest to follow our inspiration: mountains, gray cloudy skies, and cities by the bay. Now I share the helm with Laine as we venture onto various productions, looking to partner with others who equally love diversity, hopeful storytelling, a little fantasy and an enjoyable ride. We are working hard on our next project and hope to see you in the movies!
