Christopher Andrew Dodd was born in Portsmouth, Hampshire to Kim Dodd, a shopkeeper in the local area. His family is of Southern English origin. Christopher spent his childhood in the urban streets of Buckland, Portsmouth which had its challenges while he was growing up. Christopher was raised solely by his mother and during his childhood was close to his grandparents. He had little to no contact with his father during his childhood and to the present day and has two step siblings. Dodd went on to attend South Downs College where he trained to become a motor vehicle mechanic however did not take this up as employment as he always felt that he wanted more from his life. Christopher pursued the military career route however quickly became focused on remaining closer to his home and became a Prison officer and then trained to become a Police Constable in Hampshire Constabulary and obtained a foundation degree in Policing. In 2010, his acting career began when he signed on with Piece of Cake casting, starting on the bottom rungs of the film world as a supporting artiste and his debut has been in Angel Has Fallen with a release date in 2019. starring alongside Gerard Butler and Morgan Freeman to name but a few. In 2008 he also had a brief appearance on the National Lottery game show Winning Lines with Phillip Schofield.
