Chang Liu

Chang Liu is an award winning actor and composer based in New York & Europe. Born in China, Chang started his performing career very early on as a violinist in the National Youth Orchestra. Chang then moved to Europe and studied music in Vienna Austria and later on at The City College of New York in the United States. He studied with world renowned recording artists such as Billy Harper, Ralph Alessi and Scott Reeves. Chang studied acting and directing at the HB Studio in New York City, mentored by Austin Pendleton, Michael Beckett and Mercedes Ruehl. Chang has been a professional performing artist and composer for over twenty years and has appeared and been featured on several Off-Broadway productions and more than a dozen short and feature films including leading role in the Award Winning film "This is Not The Truth" at the AAIFF2016, and wining Best Original Score for "Queen of Hearts" as composer at the CIFF2018.
