Tai Street

Tai Street had her first taste of the stage at the early age of six in the community theaters of Charlotte, North Carolina. She played several principle and supporting roles throughout the region and was awarded a scholarship to attend Fayetteville State University (FSU) for undergraduate studies. Tai continued to perform while obtaining a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech and Theater. Her work as an on-air talent and general manager of the campus radio station, special events announcer, Miss FSU and video production staff prepared her for her career in commercial radio and television production. Tai has written, produced and starred in television and radio commercials for corporate and non-profit organizations. She also continues her theatrical, film and television work on a regional and national level. Tai consistently studies at the Actor's Lab under J.D. Lewis and plays a variety of roles, some of which her best work is found in contemporary dramas and romantic comedies for film and TV.
