Rachael is a filmmaker, actress,, singer and songwriter.. A Bay Area native, Rachael was trained by the hands of Jack Waltzer, Melanie Chartoff, Richard Harder, Shelley Mitchell, and Susan Jackson. Rachael's grandfather was a Jewish diaspora sent to the Philippines during Quizon's reign. She is of Filipino, Russian, Spanish descent.
