Anie Delgado was born in Miami, Florida, to Marie Delgado, a nurse, and Carlos Delgado, a technician. She has one brother named Dominick. Anie's ethnic background is Cuban-Italian-Irish-Scottish-Danish. Anie has danced since the age of two and acted since the age of ten. After training at The American Musical and Dramatic Academy, her first film role was as Margaret in Trust (2017), a psychological thriller about the consequences of losing trust in society. During Trust, Anie was featured on Tru Television's Hack My Life! Throughout 2016, Anie spent time developing her stage career in addition to shooting a variety of short films. Anie made her Off-Broadway debut in NYC in April 2016 in Much Ado About Nothing at The Playroom Theatre where she played Hero a love struck ingenue wronging by the evil Don Jon. After that, Anie returned Off-Broadway in the Fall and originated the role of Rosemary in the new musical Molasses in January which premiered at The Davenport Theatre. Following, Anie Delgado wrote, produced, and starred in her original New Media Pilot, Dry Time (2017). Anie is the lead singer of Dr. Medicine and also pursues solo music. They have announced a sophomore EP to be released Summer 2017. Anie Delgado's debut solo EP will be available Fall 2017.
