Frank H. Cutler

Frank H. Cutler, IV, was born in Salt Lake City, Utah, on November 6, 1964. He attended Olympus High School and participated in many extra-curricular activities, including drama and student government, graduating in 1983. He attended BYU for one year on a leadership scholarship, then, after serving an LDS Mission to Anaheim, California, transferred to Florida Institute of Technology where he pursued his dream to become a pilot. In 1991, He graduated with a B.S. in Aviation Management and Flight Technology, and received his commercial pilot license with multi-engine and instrument ratings. He then attended Pepperdine University in Malibu, California, where he received an MBA with a marketing emphasis in 1993.
