Biniyam Abreha

Biniyam Abreha is an Ethiopian American actor/writer based in Los Angeles. After a brief career in Architecture, he moved from Washington, D.C. to fully commit to storytelling through film, painting and design. Biniyam made his credited acting debut on Welcome Home Chanel (2018) and can be seen next in the short film Myth (2022). He has also appeared in multiple stage productions including a current run of Mud (2022). Biniyam has studied with Susan Batson and Carl Ford as well as Yale School of Drama faculty Gregory Berger at the Berg Studios. Both in acting and writing, his works explore the lives of individuals in search of place and identity, universal desires shared across national and cultural boundaries.
