Kat Dowell

Kathryn Dowell was born in Colorado Springs. She's an only child to her parents Chris Dowell and Yolonda Davis. She grew up wanting to act and perform but never found the chance until her freshman year of college at UCCS. Taking an acting class in fall semester of 2016 she quickly took to it and starred in a short spring semester 2017, Deleted. Less than a month later her second short Shattered was released. She is credited as the screenwriter for Shattered as well as the main character. Deleted showed at the 17th UCCS Student Film Festival in 2017.
