Ian Gibson was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to Michael and Emily Gibson. At a very young age, he began crafting his own short films, until eventually starting the independent production company, Frosted Independent Films. Since that time, he has attended The University of Texas at Austin to study film, with a focus in Cinematography, and continues to work in the camera department on a multitude of films and web content.
