Leonel Chee

Born to a Mexican mother and Chinese father, Leonel Chee is originally from Ciudad Juarez, Mexico. He has directed and produced six short films. La Ofrenda de Amparo (Amparo's Offerings) was an official selection at the 2019 Vancouver International Film Festival and his most recent short film, Imelda and Luis, had its world premiere at the same film festival in September 2020.
