Charlie Carter is a completely self taught filmmaker from the UK. He has always loved films, but it was when he first saw Lost Highway by David Lynch that he knew he had to learn how to make films. He started with a short film shot on a MiniDV camera that now looks embarrassingly bad, and with each film he learned what to do and what not to do in order to create cinematic images and storytelling.
