Lisa has been performing since 1972. She began studying acting in 1983 and continued to study through college at both Mount Holyoke College and the University of Pennsylvania where she received her BA in 1991.. She is a classically trained film and stage actress. She took time off to raise her son who is on the autism spectrum and care for her late mother who passed from Alzheimer's disease. Lisa returned to film and stage and continues to study acting, with Mike Lemon of Mike Lemon Casting. Lisa was the subject of the #igotcastfeature in the September 29, 2016 Backstage Magazine. In addition to her film and stage work, Lisa has appeared in several regional Industrials and commercials. Lisa was so proud to book her First New York audition for "The Perfect Murder" episode 405. Lisa also teaches and coaches acting. She especially loves this because she can support and nurture talent. In her spare time, Lisa is a regular contributor to a podcast and is writing a series of children's stories about a remarkable lamb named Catrine. The stories feature animals of all different abilities.
