Sahanshil Dangol

Born in Nepal and raised in the outskirts of London, Sahanshil Dangol is an Animator and Illustrator based in London. His work is inspired by surreal features derived from vibrant dreams and chain of thoughts, which focus on body horror and existentialism to create an experience of bizarre imagery. These often takes form of unconventional storytelling structure and loops where his films convey the narrative using silhouettes, patterns, and motifs. These usually take place in an everyday setting, adding a sense of unfamiliarity to the mundane. He graduated from University of Westminster, in 2018 and his film "Death and Exposure" (2017) has received selections and awards in various international festivals.
