Amber was born in Landstul, Germany to Erin Kelly (certified nurses' aide) and Jeffrey Weinstock (US Army). After returning to the United States, her family settled in Tucson, Arizona. From childhood, Amber found her place theater in high school where her love for acting grew. Continuing her education, she obtained a Masters in Psychology with Capella University while continuing to seek out performing arts opportunities in clowning, stand-up, and improv comedy. Following several years working with children with autism, Amber returned to acting in 2015 when she auditioned for and was accepted into a national talent development program for acting and modeling. Her involvement in this program brought her to LA and Orlando for workshops and showcases amongst credible coaches and agents. Amber has been privileged to study film acting under Mark Daughtry with Actor's Collective in Los Angeles and award-winning directors, Alan Williams and Avai D'Amico, with Film Actor Workshops in Arizona. Amber has been rounding out her film production experience as producer, actor, and production assistant in movies such as The Tiny House Movie (2019), All We Have (2019), Amber and Grace (2019), Cry in The Night (2019), and Amazed By You (2017). She is also co-star in TV Pilot for Last Call (2019) and Positive: The Movie (2019). She has also appeared in an O'Rielly Chevrolet commercial (2017) and a couple industrials. Amber is intent on continuing to spread her wings as a writer and director in TV and Film. Amber founded Film Actor Workshops in Tucson, Arizona in 2017, a film acting school for children and adults. She has previously acted as the assistant director to the director and continuing as the children's acting coach. The Workshop has hosted seminars by Los Angeles actors Will Roberts and Stacey Snyder, also by award winning writer/director Eric Elias Flores.
