April's beginnings define the true meaning of struggle. She went through major abuse to being a foster kid, and went through numerous homes. She didn't have a family, and bounced around a lot.April's started with some small construction jobs at 15 to pay for school, cheerleader uniforms, and clothes-it was then she discovered she had a knack for construction, but wouldn't realize the potential of her talent for years to come.April has a story of going through every tragedy and hard ship imaginable. This gave her the passion to help other women. April doesn't look like a construction contractor or that she has nine kids.She has struggled in a male dominated industry from not getting willing to help other women to be paid equal and treated equal rather 1099 contractor to w2 Employee. When clients don't pay and treat contractor unfair it effects employees. Malloy knew she could be a voice and Pave a better path for other women.
