Ramit Dhungana

Ramit Dhungana is an actor and a producer known for his roles in over 50 movies particularly in Nepal. He is known for his imposing physique and romantic charm, alongside a playful confidence that got him more than 130k fans on Facebook and the hearts of millions of fans. His career began in 2002 where he debuted as a romantic action hero in Maya Namara. He has the ability to display a wide variety of emotions in his movies. He was seen as the successor to the legendary actor Rajesh Hamal but inactivity after 2012 slowed his career. However he is active with charitable causes as well as helping many people in need. He was honored and given away the Letter of Appreciation in the recognition of his outstanding contribution in development, excavation, research and promotion of Lumbini and other Buddhist sites associated with the life of Sakyamuni Buddha and promotion of Buddhism and peace.
