Emily McKendry

Raised in the regional town of Taree, Australia, Emily attained a Bachelor of Stage and Screen (Acting) from CSU in Wagga Wagga before moving to Sydney to pursue a creative career. A frequent stage performer and script writer, Emily worked as Theatre Production Manager for Dark Stories Theatre before founding her own theatre company Odyssey Theatre in October 2023. She has written and toured three original works; 'The Haunting', 'Murder by Invitation' and 'Once Upon a Grimm Night', whilst exploring screen work. Notable productions include feature film 'Play Dirty', TV series 'Four Years Later', and short film 'Ozmar'.
