She was born Natalie Rose May Bulle in Scarborough, England to parents Liz Jefferson and Andrew Bulle. She has three older siblings (Callum Jefferson, Chloe Armitage and Ellie Armitage) and a younger sibling (Daniel Bulle). Tilly moved to Australia just before her third birthday and has been singing, dancing and cheerleading since 2010. Tilly became an actress and model in 2016 and hasn't looked back since. She is represented by Bettina Management.
