Geetika Budhiraja is a South Asian actress. She lived in Mumbai and many places. She is now based in Los Angeles. In her teens, she got her major break with Viacom18's Tv show that aired on MTV, India. As a child artist, she worked in many commercials and daily soaps. Ms. Budhiraja acted in several theatre plays, but was majorly under the direction of veteran Bollywood actor Mr. Naseeruddin Shah in Motley productions and Barry John's Imago productions. Ms. Budhiraja's biggest inspiration is Julia Cameron's work 'The Artist way'. In 2013, young Geetika, fighting her own fears of failures, found her superpower while introspecting and training at International Sivananda Yoga Ashram. Ms. Budhiraja passionately advocates for mental health and mindfulness through her 'The Self healing' business. She regularly volunteers her time teaching trauma healing breath work and meditations at different NPOs. She specializes in artist meditations and trauma breath work. She trained in Meisner technique diploma with Mr.Barry John in India. Where her appetite for truth in acting kept increasing. She courageously followed her goal to be empowered with further training in her craft at the Lee Strasberg theatre and film Ins. Ms. Budhiraja further discovered her voice through Screenwriting from Theatre Film and Television department, UCLA.
