Joseph Piddington

Joseph Piddington is a multi-award winning director, writer and producer from Devon, England. In 2015 he founded Ocean View Studios a production company working in both the film and media industry. Career: In 2009 Joseph started his first business, Joseph Alexander Design, specialising in one of a kind shoes. He soon started working alongside The Princes Trust to help build both his company and business skills. Joseph quickly embraced digital and film media to help advertise the company. Within a few years he started to move his business in a new direction, deciding to concentrate on independent video and film. In less than two years, he brought in over one million views and gained some much needed film and video experience. In late 2015, Joseph started writing his first full documentary feature film Miniature Wargaming The Movie under his new media company, Ocean View Studios. He went on and raised over $40,000 to help fund the film and in early 2016 he began filming. After almost three years of production, Miniature Wargaming The Movie hit the international film festival scene where it was quickly picked up by award-winning sales agent Evolutionary Films. In April 2019 Miniature Wargaming The Movie was taken to "TheMarché du Film", the business counterpart of the Cannes Film Festival, where award-winning sales agent Evolutionary Films secured a deal with US Distributor Virgil Films & Entertainment.
