Dylan Jaeger

Dylan Scott Jaeger began his active career with live theatre beginning in 2009. He has proven himself as a strong method actor through his various roles in plays, musicals, and film. After suffering a bout of depression and leaving the theatre for a time, Jaeger returned to acting during the 2016 Snake Alley Festival of Film where he read the lead role in "Morris". As a result of his performance, Jaeger was cast as the lead in the film which was completed in 2018 and is presently helping victims and witnesses of sexual abuse become the heroes of their stories. Jaeger views these events as the launch of his acting career having since been cast in "No Reply (2018)", "Saving Grace (2019)", "A Most Forgettable Man (2020)", "Miles: A Spider-Man Fan Film (2020)" and starring alongside his brother, Chayce Thomas Jaeger, in the feature film "The Z Triangle (2018)". Jaeger has been recognized for acting prowess with the "Best Actor" award at The 27th Annual Iowa Motion Picture Awards (hedging out Scott Blow (Morris), Lou Bolster (Last Tree Standing), Matt Wiggins (The Dying of the Light) and Rob Merritt (Dead Air). Jaeger once determined to follow in his father's footsteps as a musician, now regards acting as his true calling. Dylan Jaeger was born in Burlington, Iowa to Tina Lynn Jaeger and Scott Thomas Jaeger. Dylan's last name "Jaeger" come's from his father's German ancestry meaning "Hunter". Dylan and his family lived only in Iowa traveling from small town to small town until they made New London, Iowa their home where he would spend his childhood. Growing up he would watch his father play for multiple rock band's. His father inspired him to chase his dreams. Jasper Lee Jaeger was born April 23rd, 2018 making Dylan a first time father. Jaeger now enjoys getting his son involved in the acting industry by bringing him on set or bringing him to film festivals and even getting him in front of the camera as often as possible. When Jaeger isn't acting he works as a Med Tech and loves to spend time with his family by going on adventures. He also enjoys writing poetry, screen plays and also enjoys going hiking with his family.
