Carla Maya

Carla Maya, an itinerant German actress and model, is known for the movie The Mad Man of Miami (2018). She started her professional life as mechanic and got advanced degrees on several continents while playing political cabaret and modeling in Europe and doing stand-up comedy and theater in the US, and to this day enjoys building creative oddities from Mad-Max-style vehicles to Burning Man art. Carla's passion is the theater with its immediate reward of raw emotion upon making a roomful of people laugh or cry.
