Lorenzo Escobal

Lorenzo Escolbal is an award-winning, internationally recognized serial entrepreneur, TEDx speaker, media maven and one of the most inspiring thought leaders in the field of executive leadership, branding and management consulting. His impact is widespread, and his influence can be felt within the pages of Forbes, GQ and Entrepreneur magazine. His determination and boundless vision are simply electrifying. Escobal's story begins in 2002, when he traveled more than 11,000 kilometers to immigrate to Canada with his family. Seeing how much military service benefited his family in the Philippines, Lorenzo enlisted with the Canadian Armed Forces. He became an artillery gunner learning the immense value of discipline, overcoming one's fears and adopting a transformational mindset to accomplish anything. In 2011, while earning a Bachelor of Commerce from Ontario Technical Institute, Escobal realized he needed a way to support himself and pay the bills. Jobs were scarce and his academic pursuits required flexibility. So, he decided to go into business for himself doing something he was familiar with and passionate about: detailing cars. Thus, Inception Auto Detailing was born. Little did he know, this decision would be the first of many successful decisions that would take Escobal on a journey of globe-trotting, personal self-discovery and vast innovation. He's got an intrinsic ability to solve problems with out-of-the-box thinking and unconventional approaches. That is perhaps, one of his strongest talents and what makes him so unique. In 2018, his traits of efficiency, effectiveness and management were acknowledged with Inception Auto Detailing winning the Consumer's Choice Award in Toronto Central, York and Halton region by Consumer's Choice Canada. His hard work and confidence also paid off in the form of strong working relationships with major players in the auto industry. He became a Destination Charging partner with Tesla Motors. He was named one of Toronto region's Top 5 Largest XPEL Paint Protection Film installers. And also in 2018, he earned Google's highly coveted #1 Rank when searching luxury exotic car detailing in Canada. He is a life-long learner eager to listen and connect with those around him. He is exceedingly curious and ready to help others. He is trusting of his employees and encourages them to grow as individuals. When he's not in the shop working on luxury cars, or in meetings discussing his latest innovations, Escobal can be found with his friends enjoying la joie de vivre. He appreciates online video games, playing musical instruments and spending quality time with his family whenever he can. There's no telling just how far Lorenzo Escobal will rise.
