Harry Beer

Harry Beer is a highly regarded character actor based in Melbourne, Australia. He is an outspoken user and proponent of the Meisner technique which he studied with the creator and namesake of the approach, Sanford Meisner, during his final years in the 1990's. Beer went on to say this was one of the most "profoundly influential" periods of his life. He has since denied strong rumours that there was a sexual element to their relationship. Although primarily known as a theatre performer, in recent years Beer has become a staple bit player in the short films of director Seamus Murphy. He recently denied rumours there was a sexual element to his and Murphy's relationship.
