Kelsey Andrae

Kelsey Andrae is a proud native of Fort Worth, TX. She began taking dance lessons at age 2 1/2, after her loving mother lied her way into the 3 year old class. She was also involved in gymnastics, soccer, piano, and voice lessons from a young age. Kelsey's illustrious soccer career ended abruptly the year her team was given distasteful army green and black jerseys for games. Around this time, Kelsey had the privilege of playing the title role in "Cinderella" at her piano school. She had no prince, so it turned out to be a highly conceptual production. Kelsey attended Trinity Valley School, where she studied pragmatic subjects like Latin and spent summers at training programs such as New York City dance Alliance, Debbie Allen Dance Institute, Casa Manana, and Broadway Theatre Project. She also took part in her first professional production and second production of "Cinderella" at Casa Manana (this time with a prince and a slightly larger budget.) Kelsey then received her BFA in Acting from Wright State University. Kelsey is now living in New York City and working in regional theatre and film. In her copious amounts of free time, she enjoys travel, reading, napping, and anything falling under the category of "adventure."
