Yvette Salas

Raised in Tennessee and Florida, Yvette Salas now spilts her acting time between Los Angeles and Atlanta. Yvette began modeling at age 6, appearing in print ads and magazines for major clothing outlets like JC Penny's and Sunset Girls Wear, before signing with renowned agent John Robert Powers and moving into swimwear and fashion modeling. Her acting career started almost by accident when she was coaxed into auditioning for a television pilot. She landed the role, and can now boast of a rapidly growing resume of television and film work on both coasts. Yvette is very proud of her Native American heritage, and works hard to further the visibility of Native actors nationwide. She will soon be appearing in the Stephen Savage feature film, Ulysses Coyote, alongside Anne Archer and Wolfgang Bodison. Her past film work includes the Tom Phillips comedy, Road Trip, and the Katherine Heigl, Josh Duhamel vehicle, Life As We Know It.
