David Buchanan

David A. Buchanan was born to Clarissa and Earl Phillips in Jamaica, West Indies. They migrated to the South Bronx, New York, December 31, 1985 Although he was brought up in one of the roughest neighborhoods in New York, his negative surroundings motivated him in a positive way. During high school, David loved to go to drama class where they worked on speech and public speaking. he was a starter on the Varsity Basket Ball Team With his persistence and drive to succeed, growing up in New York which is a hub for stage and film, he would get chills when he would see commercials for stage plays that were being performed on Broadway for example Cats, Miss Saigon,Into the Woods, and Les Miserable. He feel in love with acting when he was filling in for an actor on a play where he was doing production assistant work he is divorced with two kids Amaya and Jaxson. Acting for David is more than just being famous or making money, its his pulpit from which he is able to affect those who watches his performance He dedicates his entire acting career to his mother who passed away on Feb 14, 2015 from lung cancer. David Buchanan is a very talented, street smart, and driven person who will not stop until he gets its right, there are many projects on the horizon for this actor to tackle that will leave you in disbelief.
